Providing a picture framing service by expert picture framers since 1985 in Ipswich Suffolk and beyond, we also exhibit paintings, limited edition prints and sculpture - from local views and watercolours to abstract oil paintings.

Alan and Jenny welcome you to M F FRAMES LIMITED

At our bespoke Picture Framing service in St Helens Street Ipswich, we cater for the framing needs of both the general public and the business community. Alan is a Fine Art Trade Guild Commended picture framer, and we respect their guidelines by only using conservation quality materials, ensuring the protection of our customer's artwork. All work is undertaken on our premises and we can frame almost anything, from family photographs to football shirts and watercolours to television screens. With our experienced staff, Andrew, Pete and Nick in the workshop and Chrissy in the gallery we offer a professional, experienced and friendly service.

We include amongst our corporate customers local authorities, public and private sector hospitals, museums and many local businesses.

Chirssy Norman - Mad Keen on Trees!
These absolutely unique prints have been inspired by Chrissy's regular journeys through the Rendlesham and Tunstall Forests. Her love of trees is reinforced by the special atmosphere of the forests, and she finds the discipline of monotype especially suited to creating these emotive pictures.

John Western - Limited Edition Prints
We have unframed limited edition prints of various Sufffolk views, including Pin Mill and Snape Quay. The paintings originated between 1985 and John's sad death in 1993. Please see our Picture Sales page for more details
